Vesek Day Celebration

Vesak Celebration 2025 is a vibrant three-day event honoring the Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana. Held at Aljunied MRT Open Ground, the celebration features pujas for six deities, including Tara, Medicine Buddha, and Yamantaka, offering profound opportunities to purify negativity and accumulate merit. Visitors can sponsor lights, flowers, and rice offerings, trace sutras with gold pens, and participate in meaningful practices like circumambulation and bathing the Infant Buddha. A special altar will honor Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s compassionate legacy. With spiritual activities, cultural offerings, and family-friendly experiences like art contests, this celebration encourages deep connection to Dharma and compassionate action.
