She has presented many 16 G inspired workshops across Canada and trained in these meaningful methods so she could provide others with these practical tools and strategies to live a well balanced and optimal life. Sharon now teaches and facilitates mindfulness-based wellness for individuals\, businesses\, community and educators.\nLaurie Dolan: Laurie Laurie is an accredited 16G Level 1\, 2\, Transformative Mindfulness and Unlocking Your Potential facilitator.
