An advanced approach to enlightenment
Tantra in our tradition refers to a unique higher-level system of spiritual practice that can streamline oneβs path to enlightenment. Incorporating rituals, meditation, mantra recitation, and visualization, we can transform ordinary activities, emotions, and challenges into opportunities for swift spiritual growth. Tantra trains practitioners to view all phenomena as inherently pure and sacred. This perspective breaks down dualistic thinking and fosters a profound sense of interconnectedness and reverence for life. Due to its emphasis on the union of wisdom and compassion it is considered an accelerated path to enlightenment.
In this 3-class course you will learn:
what tantra is
how it works
why it is a powerful form of practice
about the four classes of tantra
to practice simple Kriya tantric methods
to integrate tantra with Lamrim meditation for optimal results.
