Free Monday Meditation – Yeshin NorbuDo you sometimes feel stressed, worried or distracted? Brain research has shown that mindfulness and meditation can help us develop more focus, become more relaxed and create greater mental clarity.
Join our drop-in meditations to make meditation part of your daily routine. Even short meditations help you relax and regain focus.
When? On Mondays, from 18.00 to 19.00
Where? We offer the meditations at the center and online (via Zoom).
Who can join? Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience of meditation and mindfulness. If there are beginners we adapt to this. For those who are more experienced this is a great opportunity to sustain a regular meditation practice.
The meditations are guided in Swedish or English depending on the people attending.
