Why meditate?
When you control your mind with wisdom you create the space you need to discover peace and joy. Your life then becomes peaceful and joyful and somewhat protected from the ups and downs of the external world. For beginner to advanced meditators.
Facilitators
Sharon Babineau: Sharon is an accredited FDCW facilitator based in Hamilton, Canada. She has presented many 16 G inspired workshops across Canada and trained in these meaningful methods so she could provide others with these practical tools and strategies to live a well balanced and optimal life. Sharon now teaches and facilitates mindfulness-based wellness for individuals, businesses, community and educators.
Laurie Dolan: Laurie Laurie is an accredited 16G Level 1, 2, Transformative Mindfulness and Unlocking Your Potential facilitator. At the Centre for Compassion and Wisdom (CCW) in Burlington (Ontario), Laurie led overviews and discussion groups on the 4 Wisdom Themes and 16 Guidelines to share and deepen the learning and knowledge with the CCW and community
